1. Product Usage
La Sense fragrance diffusers are designed for personal and commercial use in residential, hospitality,
and corporate environments. Any unauthorized industrial or large-scale modification of the product
is strictly prohibited.
2. Proprietary Technology
The cold-air nano diffusion technology used in La Sense diffusers is the proprietary intellectual
property of La Sense India. Any attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or reproduce this technology
is a violation of intellectual property rights and strictly prohibited.
3. Fragrances & Sensitivities
While La Sense strives to provide clean, safe, and natural fragrance oils, individual reactions may
vary. Customers with known sensitivities or allergies are advised to test the fragrance in a small area
before large-scale use.
4. Customizable Intensity
Our diffusers allow users to adjust fragrance intensity. La Sense is not responsible for any discomfort
or irritation caused by prolonged exposure to high-intensity settings.
5. Coverage Area
The specified coverage area (e.g., 500 sq.ft – 50,000 sq.ft, depending on product model) is an
approximate estimate. Actual performance may vary depending on room layout, ventilation, airflow,
and environmental conditions.
6. Warranty
All La Sense diffusers are covered under a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. User Responsibility
Customers are responsible for following all instructions, safety guidelines, and usage precautions
mentioned in the user manual. La Sense shall not be liable for damages, malfunctions, or injuries
resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
8. Indemnification
By purchasing and using La Sense products, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold La Sense
harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or inability
