Warranty Policy

All La Sense fragrance diffusers come with a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase
against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered
• Diffuser unit (base, aroma chamber, nozzle)
• Power adapters and USB cables (where applicable)
What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Damage caused by fire, flood, or natural disasters
• Use of unauthorized fragrance oils or cleaning solutions
• Repairs or modifications by anyone other than La Sense authorized technicians
How to Claim Warranty
1. Contact La Sense Customer Support.
2. Keep your original purchase receipt ready and share details of the issue.
3. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for return.
4. Once received and inspected, La Sense will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the unit.
